Changeover day is Saturday during July and August, otherwise can be flexible. No pets or smoking inside please. Please note that we do not accept stag or hen parties. If you are thinking of staying for more than 1 week in low season, or 2 weeks the rest of the year, please contact us as we may be able to offer you a discount. Longer term lets are available. 25% non refundable deposit. Balance due 8 weeks before departure. A £150 /€175 key & damage deposit will be taken. Air conditioning : If wanted, this needs to be pre-booked (only needed in the summer ) with a deposit of £35/€40 pw. Use will be metered on departure and in the unlikely event of excessive use, this will be deducted from your deposit at 18 cents per unit. So far, no one has been surcharged.
