Changeover day can be flexible outside of high season, but otherwise Saturday.

No pets or smoking inside please.

If you are thinking of staying for more than 1 week in low season, or 2 weeks the rest of the year, please contact us as we may be able to offer you a discount.

25% deposit payable on booking. Refundable on cancellation only if we can re-book someone else. Balance due 8 weeks before departure.

A £150 key/damage deposit will be taken.

Air conditioning: this needs to be pre-booked (only needed in the summer ) with a deposit of £35 pw. Use will be metered on departure and in the unlikely event of excessive use, this will be deducted from your £150 deposit at 18 cents per unit. No refunds apply.
